"14 Things Black People Globally Have Done, Do, and Continue to Do That Will Keep Them Protesting, Marching & Developmentally Arrested Forever on This Planet"

" Black folk's cyclical arrested development marked by an ongoing struggle that lacks advancement toward systemic change. This situation leaves everyone stuck in repetitive cycles that hinder progress, empowerment, and growth—rather than proving or showcasing a genuine version of love."

From my vantage point here is a list of behaviours, trends, patterns, and systemic issues that over a lifetime of observation on two continents and a few countries i'm convinced create or at least contribute to the ongoing struggle for autonomy and power among Black communities worldwide .

This list includes economic, political, social, and cultural dynamics, which, while complex and rooted in a legacy of non-functionality have real effects on Black people’s collective strength and unity.

1/ The nauseating form of internalized racism that reinforces white supremacist structures by undermining Black expertise and achievement meaning majority of Black people are practicing white supremacy, ignorance doesn't lessen the backstabbing pain.

A known pattern where Blacks themselves who think they're anti white so called supremacy [ white soup cream crazies ] often challenged, dismiss, or ALWAYS ALLOW THEMSELVES TO BE USED AS TOOLS TO KILL or discredit fellow Black constructive ''Moses out of Egypt'' avant garde Black people  regardless of their expertise or accomplishments purely based on shared skin color.

This is a prostituted trait which is rarely found among thieves and harlots but prevalent and more than common or expected in the, with the, by the blacks, traditionally, historically, continuously as you read dear reader .

Any idiotic illiterate black—whether conventionally or non conventionally informed or uninformed—feels confidently worthy, entitled and confident academically enough to challenge [ they call it beefing ] question, correct or even lecture on the expertise of highly qualified Black professionals, such as scholars, scientists, or business leaders.  And it's done from a position where they are more interested in discrediting a sister or brother publicly not contributing or uplifting them

For example: The barely obtained primary school certificate dishwasher or  security guards at a University will feel they can teach a PHD level creme -de-la- creme top echelon astrophysicists  black person on  her or his specialties just because they are both so called BLACK.   As if  the black skin automatically entitles, overrides and is a better qualification than knowledge acquired from a decade of formal and informal educational studies, for the life of Caesar. They think we are in the matrix movie where knowledge is instantaneous of demand.

This behavior, is worse than mere colorism,  it reflects an internalized form of racism that benefits white supremacy by keeping not only Black individuals but the entire world divided and suspicious. These blacks LOVE to throw each other under the buses in public and it's something they will red eye you for if you accost them with, yet documented data fact this is, not even a factoid;  they'll deny it and call you a snitch / all other exotic demeaning slurs they can mutter up as they.............Errrr  look for new double, triple Dicker & Decker buses to throw you under  for highlighting a known trait no one wants to touch, this is sick, mad mad mad.  When Black people adopt these attitudes and undermine each other’s authority and knowledge, it directly perpetuates the same systemic biases that white supremacy enforces, no one needs to wear a KKK mask or lynch and mutilate our genitals under this reality, we are metaphorically doing it effectively while spouting black ''powder'' as power publicly.

2. Prioritizing Consumption Over Ownership

High levels of consumer spending on products that do not generate wealth or invest in long-term ownership, often with brands and corporations that exploit Black labor or profit from the community without reinvestment.

3. Internalizing Oppressive Beauty Standards

Embracing beauty standards that idealize European features over African ones, leading to psychological and financial investment in altering appearances, often creating a sense of inferiority within the community.

4. Romanticizing Suffering as ‘Authenticity’

Viewing resilience through suffering as a badge of honor rather than demanding equitable resources and treatment, which normalizes hardship instead of seeking proactive change.

5. Lack of Financial Literacy Education

Limited focus on understanding money management, credit, investment, and wealth accumulation, which results in cyclical poverty and missed economic opportunities, and contributes to vulnerability to exploitative lending practices.

6. Investing in Religion Rather Than Empowerment

Heavy financial and emotional investment in religious institutions that, in many cases, do not return investments through community-building or political action, effectively draining resources that could fund empowerment initiatives.

7. Political Tokenism and Dependence on ‘Leaders’

Relying on charismatic leaders rather than building collective political strength and sustainable institutions. This makes communities vulnerable to exploitation or abandonment by leaders who may not have their best interests at heart.

8. Distrust of Collective Economics

Failing to practice cooperative economics (e.g., buying from Black-owned businesses or building cooperatives) because of mistrust, competition, or jealousy, which keeps money flowing out of the community rather than being reinvested.

9. Undervaluing Education Outside Traditional Systems

Investing only in formal education systems (which often have biased curricula) without supplementing it with African history, critical thinking, and financial literacy, thus lacking tools for strategic thinking against oppression.

10. Normalizing Self-Hate in Media and Culture

Supporting and consuming media that devalues Black life, celebrates harmful stereotypes, or promotes violence and disunity, which reinforces negative perceptions within and outside of the community.

11. Limited Intergenerational Wealth Transfer

Focusing on immediate survival needs due to systemic barriers rather than finding ways to build and transfer wealth across generations, often relying on low-paying jobs with little to no wealth-building potential.

12. Blind Trust in Oppressive Systems for Protection

Placing faith in governments, law enforcement, or other state systems that have historically been used to oppress Black people, rather than building alternative structures for community safety and justice.

13. High Charitable Giving Without Accountability

Supporting global aid or giving to charity in ways that do not ensure funds are benefiting Black communities or the givers’ own economic empowerment, often sustaining a dependency mindset instead of investing in empowerment.

14. Divisive Class and Colorism Within the Community

Letting class distinctions and colorism divide rather than unite, which fosters internal discrimination and prevents a cohesive front that could address the common issues affecting the community as a whole.
