[ DNA, Not Skin Color, Defines Us] So, Does Nature Have A Rhythm And Our Interface Level Is Also Expressed In How We Dance To Music, Yes Or No? My Question.

Human behaviour, at the most simpleton basic level, is a direct expression of how we interface with the world around us. There is a rhythm to nature—a flow that rules everything from the rise and fall of tides to the beating of our hearts.

And just as we are part of nature, our involvement with the world is perhaps a direct reflection of this rhythm on close observation, I suggest or maybe the better word should be on close examination.

Perhaps nowhere is this more apparent than when we move, when we dance, dropping swaying to beats/ music from the comfort zones  of our privacy to public stages.

Watching people dance suggest gives us a hint into how individuals/ groups interface and engage with reality, how attuned they are to the flow.

Some move gracefully, as if their bodies are in perfect sync with the music and the environment around them.

These individuals appear to flow effortlessly, almost like water, bending and moulding with the invisible currents in the air.

Others, however, seem to be committing an almost violent act against the air itself. 😂

Their movements are stiff, disjointed—it's as if they're stabbing the air, fighting against it instead of harmonising. These stark differences in movement aren’t merely stylistic choices. They might display something profound: the degree to which individuals are in sync, aligned—or misaligned—with reality itself.

Rhythm as an Interface with Reality

Research has long suggested that rhythm, coordination, and movement are linked to cognitive and emotional states.

A study from Harvard University found that synchronised movements in groups lead to increased cooperation and empathy between individuals . This phenomenon is seen in cultural rituals, where dance and music serve not just as entertainment but as a means to connect with others on a fundamental level.

When we dance, we are engaging in a physical manifestation of our cognitive connection to the world. Those who move fluidly are, in a sense, demonstrating a higher level of interface with reality. They are synchronized, adaptable, and capable of aligning their inner world with external forces. In contrast, those whose movements are jagged, chaotic, or violent against the air may reflect a discord within—a misalignment that mirrors their perception and interaction with reality.

This isn’t about style; it’s about flow and harmony. We’ve all seen it—people who walk through life with an innate grace, as if they’re part of something bigger.

They flow through obstacles, both literal and figurative, with an ease that others envy.

And then there are those who seem constantly at odds with the world.

Their movements, whether in dance or daily life, betray their struggle to sync with the rhythm of existence. It’s almost as if they're fighting against an invisible current, unable or unwilling to adjust.

Empathy and the Rhythm of Life

The way we move and dance isn’t just about our personal rhythm—it reflects our empathy and connection with others. Empathy, as research from the University of California shows, is deeply tied to our ability to recognise and synchronise with the emotions of others . When we move in harmony with others, we’re engaging in a subconscious display of empathy, understanding their rhythm and aligning our actions with theirs.

Those who "stab the air" with their movements—whether through violent gestures or awkward, offbeat steps—might be revealing more than just a lack of coordination. They may be showing a deeper struggle with empathy and understanding, both with others and with the world around them. This is not to say that they are inherently bad or evil, but that their interface with reality is strained. They fight against the rhythm, just as they may fight against the flow of life’s challenges.

DNA, Not Skin Color, Defines Us

Now, let's get one thing brutally clear: this level of interface, this reality has nothing to do with skin color. Only a retard would believe that.

And I use that term intentionally, because it’s the kind of blunt truth that needs to be said in a world where people still cling to idiotic racial theories.

Racists—regardless of their background—are not just ignorant, they’re defective thinkers.

Skin color is nothing more than a biological adaptation to the environment. It changes over time, even within the same person. Some babies are born dark-skinned and get lighter with age, while others do the opposite. It’s no more indicative of your inner essence than the color of your hair or eyes.

What defines us is our DNA, the blueprint that dictates how we interact with the world on every level—biologically, emotionally, and cognitively. This internal architecture determines our responses to stimuli, our capacity for empathy, and our ability to synchronise with the rhythm of life. It’s about our connection to the natural world, to the flow that governs everything from the orbits of planets to the beat of a drum.

Interface Level: The Real Determinant

So, what does determine our reactions to life, our ability to sync with its rhythm? It’s our interface level with reality—the extent to which we’re able to align our inner world with the external one. Those who flow gracefully through life are in tune with that rhythm. They’ve learned, either through upbringing, experience, or instinct, how to harmonize with the forces around them. These individuals tend to show higher levels of empathy, creativity, and adaptability.

Those who struggle—who fight against the air, the music, and the rhythm—are often out of sync. Their reactions to life’s challenges are rigid, unyielding, and often destructive. They lack the flexibility to bend with the forces they cannot control, and this resistance is seen in everything from their physical movements to their emotional responses.

In short, how we move, dance, and interact with the world is a direct reflection of our interface with reality. The more in sync we are with that natural rhythm, the more we understand life, others, and ourselves. Those who are out of sync? Well, they’re committing invisible violence—not just against the air, but against life itself.

And if you’re still stuck on skin color, then you’re the one who’s out of sync with reality.
