Jesus, Moses, Elijah, Saul, Samuel, the witch at En Dor, Physics, Time Dilation And The 'Inconsequentiality' of time ?
The Bible clearly condemns the practice or spiritualism. Moses wrote. Those who practice such things were not to be tolerated by God's people. To the contrary, they were to be put to death. You shall not permit a female sorcerer to live (Exodus 22:18).
The book of First Samuel gives us the account of the experience of King Saul with a medium at the city of En Dor.
Saul came to the witch at En Dor at night. He asked her to bring up the prophet Samuel for him.
Samuel spoke to Saul saying.Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up? (1 Samuel 28:15).
Samuel complained about being disturbed from his place in the realm of the dead.
Samuel then went on to predict that Saul would die the next day. The Scripture tells us that Saul did indeed die as Samuel predicted.
Four hundred years after the time of Moses, Elijah the Tishbite (mid-ninth-century BCE) served and the time between Moses in the Old Testament and Jesus in the New Testament is estimated to be around 1,300 to 1,400 years. Moses is traditionally believed to have lived during the 13th century BCE, leading the Israelites out of Egypt, while Jesus was born around the 1st century CE.
The time between Elijah the Tishbite in the Old Testament and Jesus in the New Testament is roughly around 900 to 1,000 years. Elijah lived during the 9th century BCE, while Jesus was born around the 1st century CE.
Yet, according to the New Testament, both Moses and Elijah who'd been dead for over 900 and 1,400 years respectively appeared to Jesus during an event known as the Transfiguration.
And despite the passage of time, they hadn't aged and were instantly recognizable allegedly?
This event is recorded in the synoptic Gospels (Matthew 17:1-9, Mark 9:2-8, and Luke 9:28-36). During the Transfiguration, Jesus was transfigured before Peter, James, and John on a high mountain. Moses and Elijah appeared alongside him, representing the Law and the Prophets, respectively. This event affirmed Jesus' authority and fulfilled prophecy.
If this is an accurate event, regardless the original source/s and actual historical personalities could this be evidence of the non existence of time beyond our third dimensional reality, seemingly confusing but ill explain
Not only are the authors or the author of this stories hinting or confirming life after so called death basing their entire religion on it, something they will disagree with as eternal life can only be achieved through submission to their Jesus, the fact that they claim Moses and Elijah made contact ions after they're meant to be dust and bones confirms their position even if they laugh when reincarnation, life after death etc claims are made,
perhaps it hints at the cruelty and actual sin of the saviour by force position mentality of most so called religious folks who insist hell will burn us to ashes for not accepting their postulates .
I doubt Moses and Elijah went to any christian church when they were in human form thousands of years before the Christians came on the scene perhaps they got converted in heaven or hell, especially commander in chief of ancient combat forces General Moses,
that one did kill and commit genocide on a few people he killed babies, women, old and young, even animals - of cos on command by the almighty, yet --- read again, here we are.
It could also be evidence or a hint at Time dilation a topic in science I've been an enthusiast of since I was a child and also
the existence of other dimensions occupied by sentient beings, notice Samuel's comment, postmortem, in today's words his spirit would have asked King Saul,
why d'ya disturb me bro, where's the chicken and hot sauce, did you bring any ganja mofoe, what are you doing disturbing me Samuel ?
[ I suspect he, Prophet Samuel was a 'well seasoned', deep fried chicken loving African man just like my humble self ]
So on a serious note what is time dilation in physics : Imagine you're on a super-fast spaceship traveling through space. Now, when you go super fast something really cool happens.
It's like when you're having so much fun playing a game that time seems to fly by really quickly.
with time dilation in space, it's a bit different. Let's say you have a friend who stayed on Earth while you went on this speedy space adventure. When you come back, you might notice that even though you've been away for what felt like a short time for you, your friend has aged more than you have. That's because when you're traveling super fast, time actually goes a bit slower for you compared to your friend on Earth. It's like time is stretching out or slowing down for you, but for your friend, time is ticking away normally.
So, time dilation is basically when time behaves differently depending on how fast you're moving. It's one of those mind-bending things about space that scientists have figured out!

Time dilation is a relativistic phenomenon wherein the passage of time is perceived differently between two observers in relative motion, characterized by a slower rate of time for objects in motion compared to those at rest, as allegedly described by the theory of special relativity.
This is another explanation for why our ancestors, friends, foe appear to us i n dreams, visions ETC as we last remember them, or never older than when we last saw them before they left earth, and this seems a plausible or even logical explanation, the inconsequentiality of time or the reality of time dilation, thus Saul instantly recognized Samuel, Jesus saw Moses and Elijah not as rotten bones or some conscious and animated decaying or skeletal type species, I might be wrong
