Time dilation/ cosmic time relativity hidden in Indian mythology ? King Kakudmi's trip to Lord Brahma.

In the ancient kingdom of Kusasthali, there ruled a wise and righteous king named Kakudmi. He was known far and wide for his just governance and deep wisdom. Kakudmi had a beautiful daughter named Revati, who possessed unmatched charm and grace.

As Revati grew to marriageable age, King Kakudmi became concerned about finding a suitable match for her. Seeking divine guidance, he decided to embark on a journey to the celestial abode of Lord Brahma, the creator of the universe, to seek his advice.

Accompanied by his daughter Revati, King Kakudmi undertook a long and arduous journey to the realm of the gods. Upon reaching Brahma's heavenly abode, they were awestruck by its celestial splendor and the divine presence that enveloped the surroundings.

Approaching the great creator, King Kakudmi humbly sought his counsel on finding a worthy husband for Princess Revati. To their surprise, they found Lord Brahma deeply engrossed in a cosmic trance, seemingly unaware of their presence.

Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months as they waited patiently for Lord Brahma to awaken from his meditation. Time itself seemed to stretch and bend in the divine presence, as if the passage of moments was but a mere illusion in the cosmic dance of creation.

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, Lord Brahma stirred from his meditation and turned his benevolent gaze upon King Kakudmi and Revati. With a gentle smile, he addressed the king, "O Kakudmi, I have heard your prayers. But know that time flows differently in the realm of the gods. Ages have passed in the mortal world since you embarked on this journey."

Shocked and bewildered, King Kakudmi and Revati realized that while they had spent what felt like mere moments in the heavenly abode, centuries had elapsed in their own kingdom on Earth. Undeterred by the passage of time, they bowed before Lord Brahma and sought his blessings before returning to their kingdom.

Upon their return, they found that the world they had left behind was vastly different from the one they remembered. Empires had risen and fallen, civilizations had flourished and declined, and the sands of time had reshaped the very fabric of reality.

Nevertheless, guided by the wisdom of their divine encounter, King Kakudmi and Revati embraced the new era and continued their quest to find a suitable match for the princess. And thus, their story became a timeless tale of the interplay between mortal existence and the eternal world of the divine.
