Current music industry is living on borrowed time, its continued existence is untenable. Most of these digital music companies may be intertwined with intelligence agencies AKA Psy Ops ,

The music industry, a domain of significant cultural and economic importance, has regrettably stagnated in its evolution since its inception, arguably even since medieval times. Unlike most industries that have embraced complex computation and technological advancements to better serve humanity—ranging from sciences to architecture—the music industry has remained largely unchanged in its fundamental operations. This stagnation, coupled with the exploitative practices rampant in the digital music sector, demands urgent attention and intervention.

Despite the advent of digital platforms purported to democratize music distribution and access, the reality for artists has been grim. The introduction of these digital houses has not only failed to enhance the industry's accountability but has also exacerbated its inequities. From global icons like Taylor Swift and Burna Boy to veteran artists like Snoop Dogg, tales of exploitation and underpayment by digital music companies are alarmingly commonplace. It is disheartening to acknowledge that even artists of such stature struggle to earn a fair living from digital music sales, raising the question: If these prominent artists are not benefitting, who is?

The answer lies with the digital companies themselves. These entities, operating with near impunity, prioritize their profits at the expense of the very artists who sustain the industry. Artists receive paltry sums for their work—often mere pennies for extensive downloads and streams. This exploitation is not just an affront to the artists but a systemic failure that undermines the entire music ecosystem.

Why are these companies allowed to operate in such a manner, with the full protection of the law and legal loopholes? A troubling hypothesis suggests that some of these digital music companies may be intertwined with intelligence agencies AKA Psy Ops , operating under the guise of modern digital enterprises.

This theory is bolstered by the fact that traditional music giants such as Sony, EMI, Island Records, and Polygram appear to bow to these digital behemoths, which raises suspicions about their true nature and affiliations.

The traditional music industry, despite its flaws and history of harboring questionable characters, did not exhibit the level of blatant, crude exploitation seen today. There are numerous accounts of well-established artists receiving insultingly low royalty checks from digital platforms, despite substantial download and streaming numbers. Such practices are not merely desperate; they are predatory.

Artists and governments must take decisive action to address this crisis. Firstly, there should be a public identification of the owners and executives of these digital companies. Anonymity in leadership should not be acceptable for entities wielding such significant influence. Secondly, the business model of charging artists monthly subscription fees for the privilege of selling their music must be abolished. This practice is inherently exploitative and creates a disincentive for digital platforms to ensure fair compensation for artists.

In conclusion, the current state of the music industry is unforgivable and unsustainable. The anonymity and unchecked power of digital music executives must end. Artists must be empowered to reclaim their rightful earnings and creative autonomy. Until these issues are addressed, the industry is living on borrowed time, and its continued existence in its current form is untenable.

Governments and relevant institutions must act now to protect the rights and livelihoods of artists worldwide. The future of music depends on it.
