For example, when we make suggestions about what might happen in the future, this is strictly based on an ability to see different timelines—an ability, as far as I know, denied to most beings in 3D, just like other abilities such as remote sight, ESP, etc.

What if, in a dimension where one is not restricted by time, one can actually see different timelines as if looking at a map? This would explain why genuine people making predictions or suggestions always emphasize that nothing is set in stone—that what has been predicted can be avoided or changed based on ongoing actions.

Maybe this is because they can see different outcomes of the same event. Would this be a logical position or assumption for a being that occupies the 4th or 5th dimension (or beyond)? What if this is exactly what is happening, but due to our current primitive or primordial state, those of us who believe in this possibility are so in awe that we forget to search for a logical explanation for these prophecies and predictions?
