What is unfolding inside the United States—particularly through immigration enforcement—is not a policy failure or temporary excess. It is a systemic regression into unchecked state power, introduced quietly, normalized gradually, and defended reflexively.

• Local oversight is excluded

• Official justifications precede verified facts

• Accountability is deferred indefinitely

This is not the rule of law.
